Rich Biby – President

Rich Biby is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in wireless Towers.  He is well known and highly respected within the wireless Towers, broadcast and tower industries.  He is often called on to provide expert witness testimony and as a technical resource within the antenna siting industry.  Rich is the founder of Waterford Consultants, Five Nines Towers and AGL Magazine.  He also founded Sitesafe which was later purchased by Crown Castle.  Rich has served as the Chief Technology Officer for Crown Castle, Sitesafe and Biby Engineering Services.  Rich is also an active participating member of many industry organizations.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science and Masters of Science/Towers and Computer Science from George Washington University.  Rich also holds a Certificate in Technology Leadership from the University of Virginia.

Ian Maxwell – Director of Operations

Ian Maxwell is the Director of Engineering for Five Nines Towers, with over 18 years of experience in telecommunications. He has worked as the COO/VP of Sitesafe, specializing in Regulatory Compliance.  He also held the positions of VP of Site Acquisition and VP Build-To-Suit for Commsite International. Additionally Ian has worked as General Manager of Program Management for Ericsson Canada and Program Manager for Ericsson USA, working in Land Mobile Radio in both positions.

Ian has also held various management positions with Mitel Corporation, a PBX manufacturer in Canada. Ian holds Engineering degrees from Sir George Williams University in Montreal, Quebec and Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario.

Sabrina Newson – Director of Business Development

Sabrina Newson is the Director of Business Development for Five Nines Towers.  She has over 10 years of experience in wireless telecommunication.  Most recently she worked for Sitesafe, specializing in RF & FCC Compliance Services, as an Account Executive.  Prior to this she was employed by Crown Castle working in various positions including Site Acquisition, Project Coordination/Management and License Reconciliation.   Sabrina is also the Director of Business Development for AGL Magazine and Waterford Consultants.

Sabrina holds a Baccalaureate in Literature from the Lycée Internationale de Ferney-Voltaire, France as well as Project Management Certification and a Bachelor's in Business Management with a Minor in Marketing from University of Phoenix.
